1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VibePreneurs platform at vibe-preneurs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and advisory clients.

2. Platform Description

VibePreneurs is a luxury editorial and B2B advisory platform providing curated market intelligence, membership content, and cross-border advisory services for brand founders expanding across Asia, Europe, and North America. Our services include the Curated Brief newsletter, original editorial content, membership tiers (Vibe Reader, Vibe Member, VibePreneurs Circle), advisory corridor services (Hong Kong Bridge, Nordic Bridge, North America Bridge), and the Vibe Tour event series.

3. Membership Terms

By subscribing to a paid membership tier, you agree to the following:

• · Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• · Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• · You may cancel your membership at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• · We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days notice
• · Membership benefits are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred
• · VibePreneurs Circle membership is subject to application approval

4. Advisory Services

Advisory services including the Hong Kong Bridge, Nordic Bridge, and North America Bridge are subject to separate engagement agreements. Submitting an inquiry or booking a discovery call does not constitute a binding contract. Advisory retainers and success fees are outlined in individual service agreements. VibePreneurs acts as an advisory and introduction service and does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the VibePreneurs platform — including editorial articles, the Curated Brief, reports, brand assets, and design — is the intellectual property of VibePreneurs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Members may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Event Terms

Registering interest in a Vibe Tour event does not guarantee attendance. Event details, dates, and venues are subject to change. Ticket sales and refund policies will be communicated separately upon event confirmation. VibePreneurs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market intelligence and editorial content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. VibePreneurs makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePreneurs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or advisory services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
